We’ll be very flexible on material selection during all phases of the project. Here at the beginning, we’ll decide on every materials we can so there will be no delays during project execution. All material selection is done through the owner portal and will be available for revision at any time.

You’ll be able to see and pay invoices; daily logs; follow and create To-Do lists; visualize weekly schedule charts; upcoming material selections; change orders; read and create documents and messages; and more!

Just like any other project, construction project management has phases, from design to planning to scheduling to the build itself. Each of these phases are complicated enough by themselves, but in congress with the whole project, they grow exponentially more complex.

GG Renovation will provide a One-Year Limited Warranty Agreement and will be responsible for any defective or nonconforming materials that we provided, or remedy improper workmanship at our cost and expense. Our legal department will always work hard to make sure that every phase of the project will be performed in compliance with the current building code. We’ll be responsible to call every inspection and someone from our company will always be waiting for the inspector on site during inspection days. Your project will only be complete after all the final inspections have been approved by the local building department and you’ll have the paperwork for your records.
